An award winning photographer, David L. Beckman, lived and worked in the remote country side of Japan from 1955 to 1964.  Accepted as one of their own by the people of Noto, David had an access to all corners of the village to capture pristine scenery, carefree children, hard working people, the unique culture and a rich but simple life.
